Twin Atlantic

FE Live continued our long-standing relationship with Scottish Alt-Rock band Twin Atlantic as they tackled another demanding festival season across the UK, Europe and North America.

With various forms of transport across the 22 dates ranging from trucks and bus trailers to international air freight we needed something as compact as possible but still able to handle the bands 46 input channels.  To meet these requirements Digico SD11 and S21 consoles were chosen each sharing a single D2 rack with the FOH console gain tracking form the monitor console head amp settings.

The SD11i at FOH was complimented with a Lake LM44 system processor, Waves Extreme Server, SPL Transient Designer and a pair of Empirical Labs EL8 Distressors.  Monitors were an all IEM affair with 9 sets of Sennheiser G3 IEM covering the 4 band and 5 crew.  FE’s standard touring line system with sat boxes and festival split proved as reliable as always and made for a rapid load in and set up at each festival.
