SFL Group Acquires B&H Sound Services

SFL are pleased to announced that they have acquired B&H Sound Services of Peterborough as a further addition to the SFL Group of Companies. Best known for their work in the Church market, B&H have 35 years’ experience in similar areas of sound, video and lighting.

Announcing the takeover this week, Tom Jeffery, Managing Director, said “Our strategy is one of continued growth and development, constantly aiming to improve the service we can offer our clients. There are great synergies between the two companies and together we aim to deliver even better service and wider choice to our enlarged client base. The B&H operation will continue to run from Peterborough. We are really excited about welcoming the whole B&H team into the SFL family”

Responding for B&H, Brian Hillson who is considered as something of elder statesman in the church sector of the market place. ”We are hugely excited at B&H by this new chapter in our business and the additional resources and markets to which we now have access via SFL. We believe we can support our existing clients in the future with a range of new resources and we will be able to add substantially to the offering we can make to our new customers. This is a real investment in the future of B&H.”

The expanded company now employs 45 full time staff, with combined revenue in excess of £5 million.
